Known more for his astonishing dancing skills & his failed love affairs with some of the top Bollywood heroines, Shahid Kapoor almost certainly has more flops than successful movies to his credit.
We think he is one of the most underrated actors in Bollywood. The actor is truly a gem when it comes to this craft & he has proved it time & again with movies like Haider, Kaminey, Jab we met etc.

Haider (Haider)
This was one character with too many shades. Inspired by Shakespeare’s Hamlet, Shahid played the character of Haider, a poet who returns to Kashmir from his university in Islamabad (India) at the peak of the disagreement to seek answers about his father’s vanishing & ends up being caught in the politics of the family, relations and state. ShahidKapoor's portrayal of Haider received him lot of accolades & standing ovation for his performance. He was  Amazing For Sure in Haider.

Aditya (Jab We Met)
A personality too subtle, angry, betrayed, lonely & sad, a mix of Shahid Kappor charisma in it and Aditya’s character becomes that of a boy next door whom all the family want as their son or son-in-law. This was one of the most pleasing and lovable characters played by Shahid till date.

Prem (Vivah)
This shall be the most agyakari  & sanskari & character Shahid would have ever played in his career. His astonishing chemistry with Amrita Rao was an added factor in the movie that made it a super hit. No one but him could have played the character of Prem as persuasively as he did.
