While SRK was obssessed with single girl Juhi Chawla in Darr, Karanvir  Bohra’s remake will have two girls! Does that mean he will be obssessed with mutually the girls? Karanvir, who plays SRK’s role in the movie, refuses to give details. He, though, admits that there are changes in the story. Whereas Priya Banerjee, who made her first appearance with Jazbaa, has been signed on for the role that Juhi played in the unique, the hunt for the new girl is on.

amusingly, before Priya was chosen, Karanvir had finalized two Pakistani TV actresses, Ainy Jaffri & Mawra Hocane. Although, visa evils at the  last minute led to their implementation. “There were a pair of reasons why I wanted to cast Pakistani actresses. One is, the story is based in Manali, so I wanted girls with the pahadi look. Pakistani girls come lock to it as they have sharper skin. 

Secondly, the girl in the movie is a poet & I needed that leheza & language. Though, close to the time of shooting, the officials started asking for the exact city & location of the shoot. Too, here there were issues raised over Pakistani artistes shooting in India. Consequently, I had to fall the idea.” He is though, happy that he got Priya on plank like she fits the invoice. “Priya is pretty, petite & has a susceptibility just like Juhi. I am additional than happy at the way things have twisted out,” smiles Karanvir.
