Following the footsteps of celebrities Salman has too expressed concern over the escalating bigotry in the country.

"when I pick up a newspaper, I read on acts of intolerance & wonder what is wrong with people these days. On the other hand, Sohail & Arbaaz Khan keep their calm & remain indifferent to such news, since both of them do not know how to read," Salman Khan said.

"If Salman Khan finds India so bigoted, he should have stayed back in Pakistan with Munni," a BJP head told.
