OMG! There’s A New Twist To The Karisma Kapoor & Sunjay Kapur’s Divorce Saga

Karisma Kapoor & Sunjay Kapur are apparently unable to find common ground in their appeal for divorce by mutual consent. The two are allegedly fighting over the terms of a trust being set up for their kids Samaira & Kiaan Raj Kapoor. Sunjay doesn’t want to hand over all the control of the said trust to Karisma Kapur, due to which Karisma is not letting Sunjay meet their kids.

 Karisma’s lawyer alleges that Sunjay Kapur is not complying with the terms set for the joint consent needed to get the divorce & apart from the faith, Sunjay refuses to give Karisma the flat in Mumbai as well. On the other hand, Sunjay’s lawyer has said that Karisma Kapur & both the children are well looked after financially by Sunjay Kapur. Till the time Karisma & Sunjay don’t agree on these vital points, a divorce by mutual consent seems to be very difficult.
