Karisma Kapoor & Sunjay Kapur’s divorce case has been going on in the court because a long time & while the case has attracted a lot of controversy, it seems it is set to turn extra ugly for both the parties. Both the parties have been making accusation on each other, but this newest allegation is a serious issue. The actress has filed an FIR against Sunjay Kapoor & his mother Rani Sunder Kapur claiming that they spiritually harassed her from time to time for dowry.
According to a report in a leading each day, the Khar police have registered an FIR filed by Karisma Kapoor in which she alleged that she was spiritually harassed by her hubby for money. Dowry is banned in Indian & is a serious offence. If found guilty, Sunjay might be punished harshly too. This is contrasting to the statement made by Sunjay, where he claimed that Karishma wedded him for money. The actress’ father, Randhir Kapoor had rubbished those claims by suggestive of that the Kapoors were self sufficient & so, this dowry case comes as a upset to everyone including us.
The divorce case had turned contentious when the actress withdrew the consent for joint custody of their kids after claiming that Sunjay Kapoor had failed to meet certain monetary commitments set in the consent terms. Recently, a report also indicated that Sunjay Kapoor has been receiving death threats from gangland don Ravi Pujara & so, he was filed an application at the Supreme Court seeking a move of the case to New Delhi. With the next hearing is set to take place on 3 March & we are sure sparks are set to fly when the disgusting couple meet.
