Karisma Kapoor Has Filed A Dowry Harassment Case Against Sunjay Kapur!

Karisma and estranged husband Sunjay Kapur‘s divorce & custody battle has taken a new turn. The artist has now filed a dowry harassment case against Sunjay Kapoor & his mother,Rani, who holds the relations finances. 

Karisma Kapoor has accused the Kapurs for spiritually harassing her and she has also opposed Sunjay Kapoor’s application for the temporary custody of their children. The Khar police registered an FIR (no 98/16) under the gift section — 498 (A): husband or family member of husband of a woman subjecting her to brutality — & Section 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code against her husband. Sunjay & his mother are yet to react to these allegations.
