Ekta has 'owned' a slot on Colors?
Ekta Kapoor is a master at what time it comes to trying out something new!! Ekta struck ‘gold’ by making Naagin, the finite bi-weekly super-natural thriller on Colors. The show rocketed in numbers from the extremely first week, and has been at the top still since its launch.
This biweekly weekend slot on Colors has worked in favour of Ekta, & she is simply in no mood to let go the coveted slot.
So what will occur when Naagin will finish in May? Will she soon be back with Naagin 2?

As reported by newsbollywood.in, Ekta Kapoor is already working on a love cum horror sequence, Kavach wherein the female hero will be shown defy odds to bring reverse her husband’s life.
Well, this show will replace Naagin from May, thus keeping the ‘coveted’ time slot of Ekta Kapoor active.
A credible source tells us, “Season one of the accepted show Naagin will finish in May this year. And soon, the slot will be in use over by Ekta Kapoor herself, for her new demonstrate Kavach. & at the time when the finite Kavach will near its end, the Czarina will be prepared with Naagin 2 to yet once more take hold of the bi-weekly slot on Colors.”
We as well hear that if things fall in place, Kavach will too adapt to the seasonal format & might get back with a Season 2.
As for at the present, talented actress Mona Singh who was last seen in Ekta Kapoor’s Pyar Ko Ho Jaane Do has been roped in as lead for Kavach, as per media reports. The hunt for the male lead is currently on.
