The recent past, Urmila Matondkar tied the knot with Mohsin Akhtar Mir in a super secret marriage ceremony that had just one Bollywood celebrity in attendance – Manish Malhotra, who is a mutual friend of the two & who in fact introduced them once upon a time. 

It was a fantastic hush-hush event, so, of course, everybody wants to know everything – & Mumbai Mirror dished all the details in a piece this morning.
Here are several facts about the wedding:

1. The wedding took place on Urmila Matondkar’s terrace. Her apartment was decorated with illumination, but the staff were all told to tell anybody who asked that Urmila Matondkar was out of town & she wasn’t the one getting married.
2. The celebrations went on for 2 days – there was a rooftop party, a nikaah, & a Hindu ceremony.
3. Mohsin Akhtar moved into Urmila Matondkar’s house a day before the wedding and will be staying there.
4. The service was organised by Urmila’s sister, Mamta.
5. Mohsin’s parents came to Mumbai to visit Urmila Matondkara month ago & fix the wedding date.
