OMG! 10 years of JAIL for Hrithik if Kangana wins the legal battle?

Actor Hrithik Roshan seems to have truly messed with the wrong girl. While his legal fight with ex girlfriend Kangana Ranaut doesn’t seem to finish any time soon. We’ve just got our hands on the information of the legal act under which Kangana Ranaut has threatened to book Hrithik Roshan, if at every he desists from withdrawing the case. Yes! According to news in Mumbai Mirror, Kangana Ranaut’s lawyer has charged Hrithik under Section 67 of the IT(Information Technology)Act which can put Hrithik Roshan behind the bars for about 5-10 years. Reading the points mentioned in the take steps, it says, ”Whoever publishes or transmits or causes to be published in the electronic form, some material which is lascivious or appeal to the prurient interest or if its result is such as to tend to deprave & corrupt persons who are probable, having regard to all relevant situation, to read, see or hear the substance contained or embodied in it, shall be punished on primary conviction with imprisonment of either account for a term which may extend to 5 years and with fine which may extend to one lakh Rs and in the event of a second or subsequent conviction with custody of either description for a term which may extend to 10 years and as well with fine which may extend to two lakh rupees.”

He still went on to assert she suffers from “Aspergers Syndrome.” as reported by news Bollywood. though, Hrithik  Roshan just issued an official statement clarifying the entire issue stating, “The crux of the stuff is that the mail id hroshan@email.com does NOT belong to me. I had filed a complaint in this regard with Mumbai cyber crime cell on 12th Decr 2014 while I learnt of this impersonator communicating with the said being. I have absolutely NO CONNECTION with this ID. On 5th March we reactivated our complaint & the crime unit has made headway in tracking this being down. Once that is done this matter can be laid to relax.”
