OMG: ‘Comedy Circus’ actor Rehman Khan arrested on rape charges

Famous comedian Rehman Khan who earned fame via the much valued show like Comedy Circus’, ‘Mad In India’, ‘The Great Indian Laughter confront Season 3’, ‘Nautanki – The Comedy Theatre’ has been allegedly under arrest on the rape charges the past (8 March 2016).
According to the news a 30Yr oldman from Mumbai filed a complaint beside 37-year-old comic artist Rehman Khan on 29 Feb at Santacruz Police station.
The report more stated that the two got in touch via social media App We Chat a year reverse. After being good friends Rehman allegedly took Rs 2 lack as loan from her.  though, when she asked for the money, Rehman it seems that called her to a hotel in Vasai & reportedly raped her. The lady has too blamed the actor for shooting the act on his phone & later using the same to blackmail her.
Santacruz police station transferred the case to Waliv police place in Vasai. After an intense search, Rehman was arrested the past from Kurla.
Inspector Narayan Patil from the Waliv Police station shared with newsbollywood.in, “We arrested the comedian last night & today we will be presenting the case in the Vasai courtyard. The man has been booked below charges of rape, cheating & also sections under the IT Act (namely Sec 376, 346, 509, 406, 506 323, & 333). We will be clever to give you more information merely post the court proceedings.”
But giving insight to the case he supplementary shared, “Rehman & the victim were close & shared intimate talks. The man took advantage of the friendship & took a loan of Rs 2 lack from her & also promised to marry her. And then in the alleged reason of giving back the money, he called her to the Vasai hotel anywhere he raped her.”
