Priyanka Chopra‘s show Quantico, just got a new cool adding to its cast. Kelly Rutherford, who became a household name behind playing the complicated role of Lily van der Woodsen, has been cast in a recurring role. Kelly will play the role of Laura, Shelby’s (Johanna Braddy) mom who along with Shelby’s father Glenn (Kevin Kilner) was exposed to still be alive & siphoning off money from her daughter through a long con, as per a story on Entertainment Weekly.
