 Bhavana is not much active in the film business, since last 2 years. In the recent interview given to Deccan record, Bhavana revealed that it is a popular actor of Malayalam film industry, who killed her opportunities. According to Bhavana, she is a very close friend of this exacting actor's ex-wife, who is also a celebrity. While her friend revealed concerning her troubled marriage, Bhavana chose to support her, as she felt that it is her blame to do so. But Bhavana's choice didn't go well with the actor, who has former acted with her in several cinema. The actress states that she was removed from a few of the recently released films at the last minute, as this artist influenced the makers.

 Interestingly, Bhavana has no hard feelings towards the performer; but is thankful to him. since, all the movies from which she was expelled at the last minute, bombed at the box office and earned highly harmful reviews. The actress says that she has resolute to be choosy in her career. after this, Bhavana will only do the movies which offer her the scope to perform & a decent remuneration. She has too resolute to work just with the team, who is ready to believe her entirely.
