The Bombay High Court was probable to deliver its verdict on Salman‘s 2002 hit-and-run case, today & the verdict is finally here! hearing has failed to establish its case alongside Salman Khan accused of all charges wherever  the accuser convicted on the foundation of evidence submitted, declared the judge whilst dictating the verdict.
According to a foremost daily, the judge passed the judgement saying, “The load of proving guilt is on prosecution & beyond reasonable doubt some doubt must be given in favour of accused .In this case, different shortcomings of not recording evidences omissions & contradictions of upset ones which go to the origin of matter… absolutely doubt arises of investment of accused on foundation of these evidences plaintiff can’t be convicted. although in the mind of general man it may be different insight. There are so lots of hypothesis possible. Investigation was in a faulty way specially the procedure .
“finally, the appreciation was not correctly written & for example it can be said without giving particulars, trial court has erred in tolerant bills which were healthier without some panchnama. And bills were untrue… This is not the case   in which the trial has successfully recognized its case on charges an resultantly the following orders to be passed.”
