"though, Suraj was afraid that if jiah Khan got hospitalised, their connection would become public & his career could crush to a halt even before taking off. Sooraj Puncholi then decided to get matters into his own hand before risking going to a hospital. He extricated the foetus & disposed it off in the toilet".

The charge slip further reports that this episode left a deep touching scar on Jiah Khan & to make matters worse, Puncholi started avoiding her & their relationship. The emotional trauma was also much for Jiah Khan to handle & hence she drowned herself in despair earlier than committing suicide.
