OMG Bigg Boss 9: Why Salman Khan unhappy choice of contestants  ?

Bigg Boss has always captured our attention & created mega buzz in the media. But that doesn't seem to be the crate with this current season. Even after a lot of noise, season 9 has failed to live up to its prospect, is what the masses deem.  
Actually, even host Salman feels the similar about the venture. The Bollywood megastar, who leaves no stones unturned in making Bigg Boss fun, has given up on the inmates this time.

In yesterday’s (11 January) episode...while conversing with the inmates, Salman Khan regretted the choice of participants in the house this year. while the talented actor-turned-host asked Mandana Karimi about the reasons for getting wild card entries on the show, Mandana Karimi instantly remarked that wild card contestants were brought in to spice up the boring show.

To Mandana’s reply, Salman Khan mordantly mentioned that it was not the contestants’ burden that they had failed to live up to the prospect of the audience, rather it was a failure on the part of the casting team of Endemol and Colors that they had elected such participants for this season. 

Later on, when the contestants blamed Salman for being 'mean'. Salman Khan, in his usual witty manner, replied that he Actually 'meant' it.
