We were awfully kicked yesterday because we found out that Shah Rukh Khan & Karan Johar will be hosting the Filmafare Awards this year. though, in a weird plot twist, Salman Khan will be hosting it now. According to a report in DNA, Salman Khan has replaced SRK as Filmfare’s host this year & he’s charging a whooping sum of 2.5 crores for it!

A resource was quoted saying:
The anchoring of the award functions has turn into tedious to do & watch. How lots of combinations can one watch Kapil Sharma & Manish Paul in? Salman Khan is a masterstroke. He is popular & Bigg Boss has proved what a wonderful host he is. He was pursued persistently & the pay is close to 2.5 crores!
That’s more than 1 crore per hour!

Though, I’m told that this is just a rumour & SRK is very much the anchor for the night. He’ll be joined by Karan Johar & Kapil Sharma.
