Wow! Priyanka Chopra Is Producing 3 Films In 2016 – Here’s What They’re About!

Priyanka Chopra is addition another feather to her cap. The actress, who previously made 2015 her year with a stellar performance in Bajirao Mastani & the success of her American TV show Quantico, is currently taking 2016 by storm also. Her production house, Purple Pebble Pictures, announced its foray into regional movies with three projects that will release this year.

Here’s an impression of her forthcoming projects:
Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi (Bhojpuri)
Written & directed by Santosh Mishra. This is a classic love story that features Bhojpuri superstar Nirahau & Amrapali Dubey. The movie begins shooting this month and will release in the summer of 2016.
Ventilator (Marathi)
Written & directed by Rajesh Mapuskar (Ferrari Ki Sawaari). The movie is a ‘Dramedy’ & features a sterling ensemble cast that includes veteran Marathi movie & theatre actors. The movie begins shoot in February & releases during Ganpati.

Ek Onkar (Punjabi)
Written by Ambardeep Singh & directed by Karan Guliani. It’s a coming-of-age story about a young NRI returning to find his roots. The film stars the leading superstar of Punjabi cinema & starts shoot in March and will free around Gurunanak Jayanti.
