They had been dating each-other for ages and then lastly got married – but one thing that never changed was their romance. Riteish Deshmukh & Genelia Deshmukh are Bollywood’s most cutest couple. Their love has just become stronger with each passing day.
This Valentine’s Day, they gave the most romantic interview & it was just so sweet!
Here are five things they said:
1) “Pyar dosti hai”

Riteish Deshmukh:

I am pleased that with Genelia Deshmukh, we met, became friends & then that friendship grew into conversations that went on for a very long time. The prettiness of it was we didn’t even know when we fell in love.

Genelia Deshmukh:

I am thankful that we went through all these phases since life is all about evolving & when you get wedded, there is a comfort level that I had with Riteish Deshmukh  right from day one. The first three days, though, we didn’t talk to each other.

2) “Holding hands is my favorite form of romance”

Genelia Deshmukh:

Holding hands is my favourite form of romance. I love holding Riteish Deshmukh’s hands wherever we go.

Riteish Deshmukh:

It’s like if I step out, I will look for her hand. It’s a shortage that I will be walking with her with no holding her hand.

3) “We have our disagreements”

Genelia Deshmukh:

We don’t fight. We have our arguments & discussions. I have learned that from Riteish Deshmukh ; never to sleep on a fight.

Riteish Deshmukh :

More than arguments, we have our disagreements. We talk about it out. We don’t argue over what movies or television channels to watch, or food.

4) “Happy wife, happy life”

Genelia Deshmukh:

He will ask me if I am disturb, I will say no & he says okay.

Riteish Deshmukh :

If a boy is distress, he will say it. When a youngster says no, it means yes. I can never appreciate the workings of a female mind. So if she says she’s not disturb, I take it at face value. I will ask her if she is, she says, ‘No, I am fine.’ So I am like, ‘all right let’s go and watch a film. That’s the way it gets sorted.

5) “We still write letters to each other”

Riteish Deshmukh :

We still write letters to each other & proper, handwritten ones, not SMS or emails. When I was dating her, I used to write one each day.

Genelia Deshmukh :

But I could not keep his letters at home for fear of getting wedged, so I gave them to him for safe-keeping. We both have every the letters. After I got wedded, I took back his letters & now have them with me.
